A banda californiana The Go-Go’s surgiu no exato momento em que o punk se misturava com a new wave e destilaram o melhor dos dois mundos: canções simples e pegajosas, cores vivas e atitude irreverente. Em pouco tempo, estavam dividindo palco com grandes nomes da cena californiana. Mas dos bares de Sunset Strip até o primeiro Rock in Rio muita coisa aconteceu. Muita mesmo!
